Claudia Aguilar is an accomplished Director of Talent Intelligence with experience in finance, talent acquisition, and data analytics. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in Accounting from HEC Montréal and a certificate in Data Analytics from Cornell University, she is a Certified Professional Accountant. Claudia has a diverse range of professional experiences, which include working for SNC-Lavalin in the corporate finance department and Kerosene as a headhunter specialized in investment and corporate finance. Currently, Claudia is the Director of Talent Intelligence at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), where she is responsible for talent intelligence initiatives that involve using data and technology to support talent acquisition strategies in Quebec and globally. Claudia was also a Board Member and Co-President of Young Professionals in M&A at M&A Club Canada.
