Rick Tuley is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in principal roles. He has been involved in an array of real estate development projects and transactions throughout Georgia and South Carolina, including land investments, residential and retail constructions, mixed-use developments, and distressed properties. Tuley's expertise spans a broad range of areas, from zoning, entitlements, contract negotiation, investment sales, leasing, and disposition, among others. He is an alumnus of Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a BS in Economics and a Certificate in Accounting, as well as Harvard Business School, where he pursued an MBA in Finance and General Management. Tuley holds several leadership positions, including the President of Destiny Development Corporation, a former board member at GROUNDFLOOR, and President of Tuley & Tuley Inc. Furthermore, he has previously served as a principal at Katalyst Venture Partners, a managing broker at Richard Tuley Realty, Inc., and an associate at UBS Warburg. Before venturing into the real estate industry, Tuley worked as an auditor at EY.
