Yvonne Filley is a highly motivated and self-driven leader in the field of program management. She has built her expertise by constantly seeking out new challenges and striving for excellence in her work. Yvonne studied Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing and Management at the University of Iowa - Henry B. Tippie College of Business. She then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with specializations in Data Analytics, Corporate Governance & International Business, and Information Technology & Control at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Yvonne's experience spans across various industries and roles. She has been a Technical Program Manager at Fusion Risk Management and has held several positions at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, including Course Assistant iMBA BADM 590 Global Business Horizons, Content Creator for iMBA Global Strategy course, and Research and Teaching Assistant for Sustainable Business Enterprises.

Yvonne has also worked as a Business Analytics Intern at Allstate, Executive Team Leader Store Intern at Target, and Admissions Host at the University of Iowa. Her previous experience has helped her develop her expertise in leadership, team management, digital business strategies, sustainable business practices, and product management.
