Michael Hurley is a highly-accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Sales and Marketing. He graduated from Boston College with a BA in Economics and later earned an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School. Throughout his career, he has developed a proven track record of driving results in Shopper Marketing programs at top retailers such as Kroger, Target, and Walmart.
Hurley has extensive expertise in developing global product mixes and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Additionally, he has a demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-functional teams and agency partners, while staying within budgets, delivering P&L goals, and optimizing portfolios. Hurley is a well-respected leader and mentor, with a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for achieving impactful results.
Most recently, Hurley served as Manager of Customer Marketing at Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc., where he was responsible for leading the company's shopper marketing initiatives. Prior to that, he worked as Marketing Director and Senior Brand Building Manager at Unilever, where he managed multiple global brands, including Vaseline. Hurley also worked at Kraft Foods and The Pillsbury Company earlier in his career.
