Matt Gilbert is an accomplished executive and sales leader with years of experience in driving operational excellence and exceeding targets in public, PE, and venture-backed companies. With a focus on maximizing customer lifetime value, Matt has excelled in categories such as Marketing Cloud/SaaS, Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Partner and Affiliate Marketing, and Loyalty/CRM.

Before becoming CEO at Partnerize, Matt successfully executed the turnaround of Pepperjam with a $15M EBITDA improvement in under 3 years, culminating in the company's acquisition. Prior to that, he co-founded and sat on the board of YC graduate, 500Friends, and played key roles in achieving 5 exits. As SVP at General Atlantic's Webloyalty.com, Matt was responsible for scaling global revenue and grew the company's revenue from $90MM to $300MM during his tenure.

At IAC, Matt served as co-founder and SVP of the IAC Advertising Solutions Group, leading one of the world's largest online advertising solutions and sales groups. He was also part of Ask Jeeves' leadership team credited with executing the turnaround of Ask, leading a national team of 40 and building revenue from 0 to $100MM.

Matt started his career in finance as a Series 7 financial consultant, studied BA at Brandeis University, and eventually moved on to the technology sector where he became an expert in sales, marketing, and generating shareholder value. With a passion for teaching clients how to leverage data and technology to improve marketing effectiveness, Matt has built a career based on integrity, trust, and the development of future leaders.
