Sam McGue is a highly accomplished talent acquisition specialist, currently serving as the Director of People & Partnerships at HigherMe. Having earned a Master of Arts degree in Education from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Dance from Santa Clara University, he has gained extensive experience in various organizations.

Before joining HigherMe, Sam served as Director of HR & Recruiting at Blake Willson Group, LLC, where he led the recruitment and HR operations. He has also worked as a Teacher and Graduate Student at Montessori School of Washington Park and held key positions such as Lead Recruiter at Hipmunk, Head of People Operations at Mesosphere, People Operations Manager at Gigwalk, and Executive Recruiter at Randstad USA.

Throughout his career, Sam has honed skills in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, and people operations that make him a valuable asset to any organization. He has also demonstrated his proficiency in program management, communication, and customer service while working as a Program Director at American Dance Training Camps and Client Experience at HigherMe, respectively.
