Thomaz Lemos is a highly skilled mechatronics engineer whose academic and professional experiences have given him a deep understanding of project management, problem-solving, and innovation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia and a BS in Mechatronics Engineering from the Ecole nationale supérieure de Mécanique et des Microtechniques in Besançon, France. Throughout his studies, Thomaz engaged in various research projects focused on petrochemicals, patient care technology, and quality control.

Thomaz's practical skills include knowledge of microcontrollers, programming, data analysis, and electronic design. During his academic tenure, he co-founded the engineering student group DATRON, where he held various roles, including HR and Events Manager. He was also a junior mechanical project designer for a consulting company, where he participated in the design of structures, electrical systems, and quality control measures.

Thomaz is a co-founder and currently serves as the Director of Operations at Sensix Inovações, where he specializes in precision agriculture through pioneering technological solutions that permit field mapping, analysis, and decision-making. Beyond his professional career, his personal skills include a solid command of English and French, creativity, adaptability to different cultures, and strategic thinking.
