He has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, providing various loan products including FHA, VA, jumbo and conforming loans. Timothy strongly believes that excellent communication is essential for clients to navigate the home loan process effectively, and he works diligently to ensure that his clients are kept informed through clear and consistent communication. Timothy studied Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University, and he also holds a degree in Philosophy from The Catholic University of America. In addition to his work as a mortgage specialist, Timothy serves as a Certified First Time Home Buyers instructor for Asian Community Development Center, and he also teaches a negotiation course at his alma mater.
