He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and has studied history and business. He is also a certified A-CSM, CSM, and CSPO in agile methodologies. Bill is the founder of Tourniquet LLC, a company focused on helping others through personal and professional challenges. Before that, he spent 13 years as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lawson Winchester Wealth Management, where he helped build a firm with nearly $1.4 billion in assets. Bill is dedicated to helping others and believes that investing in people and relationships is the key to success. He is a lifelong student and seeks to learn new skills and follow his passions.
