Devon Bowers is a highly accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in the health insurance, third party administration, and property and casualty insurance industries. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Jai Medical Systems Managed Care Organization, where he leads the IT integration and security committees. Throughout his career, Devon has specialized in quantifying risk, assessing IT strategies, and enhancing business operations by using new IT platforms or tools. He is also an expert in healthcare information technology, IT strategy, risk management, health insurance, business analysis, and strategic management.

Devon holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from the University of Baltimore. He is also a Board member of InfraGard and serves as the Sector Chief Program Director for the Maryland Chapter. Additionally, he attended the FBI Citizens Academy in 2018 and is part of the Cyber Health Work Group, where he advocates for privacy rights.
