Jessica Krueger is a people-oriented professional with an extensive background in developing and nurturing relationships to fuel individuals and organizations forward. She graduated from Bethel University, where she studied Elementary Education and Mathematics K-12. With nine years of management and customer service experience, she has honed her decision-making and development skills to deliver positive impacts to people, organizations, and communities. Jessica has worked in several capacities, including Director of Operations, Ministry Operations Manager, Preschool Coordinator, Family Engagement Program Director, 21st Century Teacher, Youth Development Director, Coon Rapids Middle School Student Teacher, and Mississippi Elementary Student Teacher.

As Director of Operations at Colonial Church, Jessica directs the church’s activities, outreach programs, budgeting, and administrative responsibilities. Before taking on this role, she served as Ministry Operations Manager at the same church, where she helped introduce new processes to improve systems that impacted staff and volunteers. As Preschool Coordinator at Upper Room Community, she managed staff and taught children from diverse backgrounds. She was formerly the Family Engagement Program Director at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, where she led the development and implementation of programs that honored and supported families. Her experience in teaching includes being a 21st Century Teacher at ISD # 15 St. Francis School District, Coon Rapids Middle School Student Teacher at Independent School District #11, and Mississippi Elementary Student Teacher at Independent School District #11.

Jessica's expertise extends to management, customer service, budgeting, operational efficiency, team building, program development, and community outreach. She has exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and a talent for fostering and sustaining positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
