Matt Wilson is an accomplished games industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in various domains of gaming. He has led numerous teams and been involved in several aspects of game development, including MMOs, console, and PC games. During his tenure at Microsoft, he managed to launch several games successfully. After that, he started his first start-up, FireAnt Games, which was bought by Sony Online Entertainment, and then went ahead to start Detonator Games. After more than five years at Detonator Games, his company was acquired by Wargaming, where he worked as the global head of platform technologies, managing teams on a global scale. Later on, he joined Facebook Reality Labs to work in AR/VR research and development.

Matt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Appalachian State University and further studied Leading Change and Organizational Renewal Program, Strategic Leadership at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Currently, Matt is serving as the Director of Development at Facebook Reality Labs, and his experience and knowledge of the gaming industry have made him an asset to the company.
