Rachel Bellow
Rachel Bellow is a social change strategist, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Bonfire, a talent acceleration program for the rising generation of women in the workplace. She is passionate about expanding the market for ideas that make the world more beautiful, equitable, enlightened, or sustainable. Over the years, Rachel has launched successful ventures, advised prominent leaders in business, philanthropy, academia, and sports, and served on various boards and advisory committees, including the TED Conference and Open Society Institute. Rachel's professional journey began as a member of the design team for the MacArthur Foundation's "Genius Awards" Program. Later, she served as Program Director for the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, where she executed initiatives totaling $20M annually. Additionally, Rachel has guest-lectured at various universities across America, including New York University, Lesley University, and University of Chicago.
