Alena Lai is an accomplished professional known for her expertise in management science and engineering, with a strong educational background that includes a Master's degree from Stanford University and a BSc in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Summa cum laude, from Cornell University.

In her career, Alena has held various key roles in prominent organizations, notably at Facebook where she has contributed significantly. Her positions at Facebook include Head of Entertainment Partnerships for Greater China, Philippines, and ANZ, Head of APAC Public Figures & Creators Partnerships, Head of Entertainment Partnerships for SG & ANZ, and Head of APAC Media Strategy & Partner Solutions.

Prior to her tenure at Facebook, Alena worked as the Head of Media at Singapore Economic Development Board, Consultant for Greater China at The Boston Consulting Group, and in managerial roles at DBS Bank and Singapore Economic Development Board.
