Jaffe holds a Master of Science degree in Communication - Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, with minors in math, chemistry, and physics. He is currently the leader of Netflix's global member experience product team, where he is responsible for leading product work for "Netflix Original Series" shows. Prior to this, Jaffe served as Vice President of Product at YouTube.
