She studied B Social Science, Psychology at the University of Cape Town and has worked across various industries, including TNS South Africa, Kaufman Levin Associates (Strategic Business Partners), MultiChoice, and Research Surveys (now TNS Research Surveys). Andrea specializes in qualitative research design & analysis and helps clients convert insights into actionable outcomes. She operates out of Johannesburg and Nairobi as a specialized, centralized coordination unit for doing work in Africa.
