Sriram Polepeddi is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with a strong background in chemical and industrial engineering, business consulting, executive search and recruitment. After graduating from Osmania University with a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering in 1980, Polepeddi continued his education by earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering in 1982.

Polepeddi spent the first 13 years of his career gaining valuable industry experience in Industrial Engineering, Procurement, and Stores Management before transitioning into management consulting, where he spent 12 years working in a variety of areas including industrial engineering, quality management, and sales management. During this time, Polepeddi also played a key role in a full-scale business turnaround in Saudi Arabia and Dubai.

In 2008, Polepeddi shifted his focus to recruitment consulting and executive search, where he honed his skills in identifying and screening top-tier talent. He later served as an Internal Consultant, using his experience to diagnose business issues and work with internal teams to effect improvements. Since May 2014, Polepeddi has been the Senior VP - Search & Consulting at TMI Network, where he continues to use his extensive expertise to help organizations find the right talent and improve their overall effectiveness.
