Rosie Conning is a determined and enthusiastic Account Director with a strong work ethic. With her passion for advertising, she thoroughly enjoys her role within this creative sector. She is currently employed as an Account Director at TBWA\MCR, where she previously served as Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Account Executive. Prior to her time at TBWA\MCR, she worked as a Recruitment Consultant at 1stReactive Recruitment, a Features Writer at GIGsoup, and as a Bartender and Promotions team member at PRYZM Cardiff.

With her natural ability to build strong relationships, Rosie has become a valuable member of the advertising community. She has proven to be an effective team player in the creative industry, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
