Kevin Vaccarello is a sustainability champion, social entrepreneur, and passionate educator. He holds a degree in AstroPhysics from the University of Iowa and completed his Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Vaccarello is the Co-founder and Chief Sustainability Officer at WELLTH Enterprises, a sustainability innovation station that harnesses the power of science and the arts to develop web-based applications that improve ecological, community, personal and financial health. Previously, Vaccarello founded 'Ai Love Nalo, a Hawaiian-infused, plant-based, sustainability-oriented restaurant in Waimanalo, and 'Ai Love Gardens, a Regenerative Food Forest/Farm, Hands-on Learning Center & Innovation Accelerator exploring systems-based approaches to learning, growing, and living. He was also Executive Director at Sustain Hawaii, a research-oriented, educational non-profit dedicated to helping people embrace small, scalable, local, and sustainable solutions to address poverty, health, and natural resources issues.
