Wilfried Derksen

Wilfried Derksen is a seasoned judge with extensive expertise in administrative law and district court cases, including guardianship. He holds substantial managerial and administrative experience within the judicial system, with additional oversight experience outside the judiciary. As the Portfolio Holder for Administrative Law in the Quality and Innovation Program of the Judiciary, Derksen has demonstrated leadership and proficiency in his field. His educational background includes completing his VWO at Canisius College Mater Dei, pursuing specialized and managerial courses in postgraduate education, receiving training in the Raio program at the Stichting Studiecentrum Rechtspleging, and earning a Master's degree in Law from Radboud University.
