Currently serving as Chief of Staff at GEM, Carson is responsible for managing high-level operations and ensuring the company's continued success. He has also held several key roles at Venture for America, including Chief of Staff, Senior Manager of Development and Communications, Development and Communications Manager, and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Through these positions, Carson helped pilot and execute groundbreaking initiatives related to entrepreneurship and economic development.

Carson is deeply committed to sustainability, environmentalism, and social justice, as evidenced by his previous experience as a Student Farmer at Dickinson College and Communications Intern at the Center for Sustainability Education.
