Brian holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Law from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from The George Washington University.

His professional journey includes roles in Satellite Spectrum Management, Starlink Market Access, Finance, and Supply Chain at SpaceX. Prior to that, Brian contributed to Global Sales & Operations at Google, Digital Strategy at Custom Communication, and Embassy Operations at the U.S. Department of State.
