Keith Pandeloglou is a dynamic executive with extensive leadership experience in Sales, Client Success, and Information Technology. He has held senior-level positions in industry-leading companies such as TriNet and CIGNA Healthcare, where he shared his expertise in operations, innovation, and business development. In 2014, Keith was part of the leadership team that brought TriNet to the NYSE.

Keith is an enthusiastic entrepreneur committed to fostering local community growth. He founded UTC Venture Group in 2015, a venture capital firm that empowers startups and small business owners with access to funding, advice, and mentorship programs. Keith is also highly involved in the not-for-profit sector. He is the former Executive Director of Lakewood Ranch Community Activities, a 501c focused on building relationships within the community, and is an Economic Development Ambassador for the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance.

An ardent leader and problem solver, Keith has earned several awards for his contributions to the small business and non-profit community. In 2016, he was recognized as one of the 40 under 40 by the Business Observer. He also received the Young Professional of the Year Award from the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance in 2017. Keith is a certified Professional in Human Resources and holds a Masters Certification from Villanova University.
