Paul's key strengths include software R&D and operations management, having built and scaled high performance engineering teams and departments including Software Development, QA, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and cloud-scale software.

Paul's specialty lies in building and dramatically improving product development capabilities and processes, Agile software development, outsourcing, acquisition, international expansion, and distributed teams. He has held leadership positions in companies such as Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD), LogRhythm, DigitalGlobe, Sun Microsystems, Inc, and Compuware to name a few, and has spearheaded various successful ventures within these organizations with remarkable outcomes.
