Hernán studied Systems Engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and obtained a PMP degree from the Universidad de Belgrano.

Throughout his career, Hernán has garnered a wealth of experience working for international companies, leading and consulting for organizations like Nokia, Mobile Streams, and Interwin Mkt Inmobiliario. He is also an entrepreneur who co-founded Trust Streaming, founded SmartServices Argentina, El Tecnico de la PC, and served as a branding and corporate consultant at Interwin Mkt Inmobiliario.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Hernán has also been a Professor of Education and Permanent Training at Universidad Abierta Interamericana. He is an advocate for learning and encourages taking risks, failing, and getting back up, as well as sharing knowledge to inspire growth.
