Dan Redfern is an accomplished financial executive with over 25 years of experience in various leadership positions. Redfern earned his Master of Business Administration- MBA, Business Strategy from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School after studying Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA, Accounting at Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business. He has held numerous senior executive leadership positions in multiple organizations, including Ruiz Foods, Jenny Craig, Ready Pac Foods, Popchips Inc., Tyson Foods, DS Waters, and PepsiCo.

Redfern started as a Director of Finance at PepsiCo and worked his way up to become the Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Strategy. He has experience managing business units, leading global financial operations, implementing growth strategies, and executing complex financial transactions. He was on the Board of Directors-Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University and has a passion for advancing academic and educational initiatives.

As of late, Redfern is a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ruiz Foods. He is committed to providing leadership, guidance, and strategic vision to the organization, leveraging his extensive financial expertise and experience to enable the growth and success of Ruiz Foods.
