Asli Gozoren is a corporate development and investor relations professional with a diverse background in strategic partnerships, capital raising, and M&A. After completing her OAC at Ashbury College and her BA in International Business & Management at Northeastern University, she began her career in corporate finance as a Sr. Financial Analyst at CIBC World Markets and later moved to Grant Thornton as Corporate Finance Manager.

Gozoren then managed the Corporate Finance division of Grant Thornton in an emerging market where she led over 100 clients in M&A, company valuations, and due diligence. She went on to launch, manage, and grow the largest global angel investment firm Keiretsu Forum's MENAT division to become the leading early stage alternative investment venture in the region. Additionally, she managed investor relations and achieved investment targets into an emerging organ regeneration medical device company.

Gozoren's professional experience led her to her current role as VP of Corporate Development at Edifice Health, Inc., a biotech company, where she is responsible for strategic partnerships, capital raising, investor relations, and communications. She has also acted as a Partner at an advisory firm specializing in cross-border expansion and strategic capital raising for early-growth stage companies, and as an Advisor to Leonhardt Ventures - Cal-X Stars Business Accelerator, Inc., focusing on investor relations.
