Michael Lee

Michael Lee is a seasoned private market investor with a successful track record in leveraged buyouts and growth equity transactions. He specializes in turning around portfolio companies and achieving profitable exits across various sectors including business and tech-enabled services, healthcare IT, and enterprise software. Prior to his investment career, Michael provided advisory services for M&A and capital market deals, with a focus on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry. He holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Columbia Business School, where he was recognized as the Sung and Fumi Lee Scholar, and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, graduating cum laude from Seoul National University.
