Bill Rhind is a seasoned business consultant with years of experience helping companies improve their bottom line. Bill's primary focus is helping companies develop a competitive edge through the Theory of Constraints (TOC) philosophy. He applies Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to implement TOC tools at the right time, resulting in a 10-25% increase in net profit or more, often within weeks.

Before founding P3 Consulting Group, Bill held various executive positions in the pharmaceutical industry. He worked as the Managing Partner, North America at Goldratt Consulting, and was President at Viable Vision LLC. He also spent several years at Novartis Animal Health and Pfizer, in senior director, TOC, product development, and bioprocess projects roles. Bill studied M.S. Engineering - Mechatronics at the University of Maryland Graduate School and B.S., Biological Sciences at Northern Illinois University.
