I've always been impressed with how the people at BoxWorks can work miracles in programming. They can build any system needed for the job and always go above and beyond to help customers to make warehouses and manufacturing facilities efficient. I had a great opportunity to work with them as I:Managed technical project teams, scope, schedules, tasks, budgets, procurement, and risk factors. Documented requirements, facilitated design meetings, and assisted in creating functional specifications. Coordinated project integration and implementation with project, site, and customer teams. Created end-user documentation. Trained software end-users using remote demos and on-site training workshops.

I have worked alongside of organizations as an advisor, consultant and contractor to assist in organizational development initiatives. Recently, my work has been focused on organizational culture identification and the alignment of practices and trainings to reinforce organizational culture. Here are a few other areas I shine at:Partnering with leaders to identify, implement, and evaluate organizational effectiveness and change initiatives. Creating programs, strategies, and processes to align employees with organizational goals and cultures. Facilitating, training and coaching leaders. To make a difference in the lives of so many girls in Ethiopia woke me up everyday with a great sense of purpose. Tough decisions were made, processes were put in place, challenges were overcome and incredible memories were made while we focused on girls getting a great education in Ethiopia. In short, I:Managed and administered $200,000 yearly program budget. Coordinated school fee, uniform, school supply, medical, and personal assistance funding with in-country director for students in 18 partner schools in Ethiopia. Networked and collaborated with stakeholders and donors in Ethiopia and the US. Trained volunteers and interns. Created and executed audit processes, strategic plans, campaigns, and events.
