He started his career at The Kraft Heinz Company, where he worked as a Management and Human Capital Analyst. He also has experience in Washington DC's government, where he served as a Fellow and later as Chief of Staff. Ted spent some time as the Senior Manager for Small Business and Government Affairs at SourceAmerica.

He spent several years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. leading various initiatives, including as Executive Director of Small Business and Philanthropy, as well as Executive Director and Head of Business Partner Diversity.
