Aksam Ahmad is a highly educated individual with a strong background in mathematics, economics, and statistics. He has completed his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick, and his Master's degree in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley. He has also taken a Post-Master's Certificate in Quantitative Methods in Applied Economics at Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs.

Aksam has worked in various organizations in different positions. He is currently serving as the Director, Enterprise Risk Analytics at Bank OZK, where he is responsible for developing risk management strategies, managing risk models, and monitoring risk reporting. Prior to his current position, Aksam served as Senior Enterprise Risk Management Analyst at Bank OZK.

Before joining Bank OZK, Aksam previously worked with EY, where he served as Senior Associate, Quantitative Advisory Services. He also worked as an Associate, Quantitative Advisory Services before his senior role. At Democracy Prep Public Schools, he worked as a Data Fellow.

Aksam's skills and expertise lie in the field of data analysis, risk management, and financial modeling, and he is fluent in statistical programming languages such as R and Python. His interests include exploring new technologies related to data analysis and risk management.
