Sam Spicer is an accomplished experience designer and creative technologist with over two decades of experience in the field. He holds a Master of Science - MS, Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University as well as a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Theatre & Drama, Lighting Design from Indiana University Bloomington. His professional experience includes serving as the Senior Director of Experience Design at Abundant Health Acquisition and as the Director of Experience & Creative Design at Encyclopaedia Britannica. He has also held positions at Razorfish, Packt Publishing, and Bloc, and has served as Adjunct Faculty at DePaul University. Sam's expertise lies in understanding how experiences play out over broad ecosystems and working with the micro-interactions that connect them all together. He advocates for the inextricable link between these elements, creating experiences that are both meaningful and valuable for the business and the customer.
