Diana Misim

Diana Misim is a highly experienced management consultant, executive coach, and mentor with over 22 years of professional experience. She began her career as a sales representative with IBM before moving on to become a General Manager with Medyavizyon & Redsofa, Koç Bryce Training Services, and Porcan Holding/Mackley International, and a Marketing Manager with Sabancı Holding. In 2008, she founded Guru Management Consultancy, Coaching & Mentoring Services, through which she provides a variety of coaching and mentoring services to clients from various industries such as Nestle, KFC, Starbucks, BP, Vodafone, and more, ranging from executive coaching to change management and organizational restructuring. Diane has also taken great strides to promote well-being in the workplace through initiatives such as the Happiness@Work conference and the Deniz Kızı Yelken Kupası sailing competition for women, and has gained certifications in ORSC and PCC through CRR Global. Her dedication to professional growth and excellence maintains her accreditation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition to making significant contributions to the professional community, Diane also enjoys sailing and riding motorcycles.
