-	Managed a Team of  10 Developers to connect to over 250 banks with a small business focus.
-	Reduced Onboarding Time from an average of five weeks to one of the new partner banks by revamping major components of the core software. 
- Opened New Sales Opportunities by creating new data elements that clients requested and were not available by any similar service.  
- Created Analytics and Reporting that highlighted major breakages in Finicity’s software.

- Advised Sales and Marketing Team on methods and tactics to diversify their Client Personas to Fintech startups. 
-	Created a Sales Growth Program for startups to cultivate Fintech innovation.
- Co-developed New Pricing Models with senior executives that are deployed as of today to win new business.

- Analyzed and Proved Market Fit for Finicity’s API by designing and executing a marketing campaign that yielded 11 RFPs in one month.
- Trained the Sales Team to understand how API is utilized in the Fintech space.
