With over two decades of experience, Paulette has helped Blu Digital Group become a leading provider of digital supply chain, distribution, and testing solutions. Her innovations in proprietary workflows and patented applications help streamline key operations for entertainment companies. Paulette's expertise extends across various areas, including Virtual Reality (VR), 4K/UHD, DVD/Blu-ray, 3D, Digital Distribution, Streaming, Apps, Software, Websites, Hardware/Software certification and Technology certification. She has also held senior management positions at Ascent Media and Hearst Entertainment. Paulette is a UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Program graduate and an MBA holder from Pepperdine University. She is also a mentor for the UCLA Mentorship Program, a Board Member of the Youth Mentoring Connection, and Chair for Miles of Music 5k.
