Shenwei Zhu

Shenwei Zhu is an accomplished investment banking professional with extensive experience covering Industrial Technology companies across the globe. As Director of Investment Banking at Global Industrials Group at Citi, Shenwei provides strategic advisory services on M&A, IPO, capital structure, and other corporate finance issues. He earned his MBA with Finance concentration, graduating with distinction from Cornell University's S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management. Additionally, he holds a Master's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He has executed more than $15 billion of M&A and IPO transactions across North America, EMEA, and Asia.

Before embarking on his investment banking career, Shenwei was Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Radio Flyer. He is a Native Mandarin Chinese speaker and has significant professional and academic experience in the United States, United Kingdom, China, and Singapore. Shenwei's expertise lies in industrial automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing, and industrial software.
