Grace Chang is an accomplished and versatile professional with a wide range of experience and expertise in talent management and organizational strategy. She holds an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and an MPP in Public Policy from Duke University - Sanford School of Public Policy, as well as a BS in International Politics from Georgetown University.

Grace has worked at top-tier companies, including Marriott International, Deloitte, and General Mills, in various capacities. She has served as the Vice President, Learning and Development, Asia Pacific at Marriott International, and Sr Director, Global Learning & Development at the same organization. At Deloitte, she was a Manager and a Senior Consultant, Organization Transformation & Talent. She also worked as an Associate HR Manager at General Mills.

Grace's experience includes organizational design, strategy implementation, talent development, learning strategy and operations, learning technology, change management, and communications. She has a solid track record of shaping and scaling effective talent management solutions, and she is passionate about promoting development and growth within organizations.

Grace also has a diverse educational background, having studied Chinese Language Studies at Tsinghua University and working as a Global Mercury Partnership at the United Nations Environment Programme. Prior to this, she worked as a Legal Assistant at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
