Stuart Shearer is a seasoned product manager and technology leader with a focus on delivering complex transformational products across the buy and sell-side. With expertise in asset classes such as FX, futures, rates, credit, and derivatives, Stuart has managed global teams responsible for critical, high-volume, scalable, and global transformational projects across different areas of the investment value chain. He is an expert in multi-asset liquidity management solutions, driving process efficiency, automation of proprietary smart order routing, fintech/disruptive technologies, regulatory impact over the investment value chain, cloud-based data management systems, senior stakeholder and external relationship management, target operating model design, inspiring teams, and agile project management.

Stuart began his career in capital markets at Goldman Sachs before moving into a proprietary trader role, executing and managing risk at Citi. He most recently served as Principal BA/Product Manager, Front Office Technology at Wellington Management and Chief Product Officer at Independent Consultant. He has also served as a mentor for Accenture Accelerator at FinTech Innovation Lab London and a member of the TradeTech FX Advisory Board and Fixed Income Leaders Summit Advisory Board.
