John Carden is an operations leader with over 23 years of experience managing day-to-day operations across multiple groups in a complex IT environment. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Applications and Information Science from Iona College, John's background includes supervising teams in areas such as Operations, Client Services, and Merchant Services. His expertise extends to tracking incidents and system monitoring to meet customer service levels. John provides feedback and coaching to IT Computer Operations staff, ensuring high levels of service and performance standards. He was formerly the Quality Leader at Nielsen Entertainment Group, where he managed Operations and served as the Director of Operations, the Manager of Computer Operations, and the Computer Operator at SoundScan.
