Beacham has studied Political Science at The Ohio State University and received a Master's degree in Government from Georgetown University. He has worked as a consultant, vice president, director, contractor, systems consultant, and analyst for various organizations before becoming the President of Aventure Works.

As a professional, Beacham is skilled in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Agile, Lean, Total Quality, 80/20, among others. His proficiency in various technologies like SQL, JSON, noSQL data stores, RESTful APIs, PHP, JS (Node), C#, Java, Visual Basic, XML/ANSI/EDIFACT data structures, and more has helped him integrate and implement various systems seamlessly.
