Zack Ritter is a higher education professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy degree and two Master's degrees in Education and Higher Education Administration, all earned from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has held various administrative and teaching roles at UCLA, Harvey Mudd College, American Jewish University, University of Redlands, and California State University-Dominguez Hills, where he currently serves as the Associate Dean of Students. As a former Diversity Consultant, Ritter has expertise in developing diversity curriculum, fostering inclusive academic environments, and supporting underrepresented student populations. He also has experience in international student visa regulations, career services, peer-mentoring, and residential life.
