Pameela Pattabiraman is an accomplished business leader and consultant backed by significant industry and consulting experience. She has worked with top-tier companies like Unilever and Kearney, and has expertise across consumer goods and retail industries in procurement, commodity risk management, growth and turnaround strategies, and large-scale transformation projects.

Pameela has also made a name for herself as a keen investor and advisor to consumer and technology startups across APAC and North America. She has a burgeoning portfolio of more than ten companies in her stable. Pameela holds an MBA in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Before her VP role as Global Commodities, Ingredients, and Risk Management at Unilever, Pameela held several key positions within the same company, including Director, Innovation and Partnerships, and Procurement Director, Chemicals (Inorganics). She also served as the Director of Service Excellence (Global Markets) where she was responsible for leading growth, turnaround, and large-scale transformation projects to deliver high-impact results.
