Charles Follett is a seasoned consultant with expertise in culture change, helping senior executives leverage culture as a competitive advantage. With an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Brenau College and an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, Follett has applied his knowledge and practical experience in diverse companies. He has worked with key players in the construction, utility, semiconductor, banking, insurance, automotive, and information technology industries in North America and Europe.

Follett's specialties include analysis, design, and mobilization. In analysis, he uncovers networks of trusted individuals, conducts culture mapping, and coordination analysis. In design, he creates a roadmap for change to enable organizations to change while supporting day-to-day operations. Finally, in mobilization, he provides coaching, training, and measurement for sustainable culture change.

Follett's consulting experience is extensive, having held leadership roles in various organizations. He is the President of Business Ingenuity, Inc. and has worked with The Stratam Group, Vision Consulting, and BDA as a partner and senior consultant.
