Poonacha Machaiah is a successful entrepreneur and business leader with a passion for conscious leadership and wellbeing. With an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering in Bangalore, India, Machaiah has gained a wealth of knowledge in the technology industry. He has held executive positions at several companies, such as Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd., Motorola, Visionael, Nortel, Iridium, and Sprint - Multimedia (Telemedia).

Machaiah is the co-founder of Jiyo, a wellbeing platform that he created alongside Deepak Chopra, and the co-founder of Beyond Performance Sports, where he continually strives to find new possibilities in sports performance. He is the co-founder of Deepak Chopra Innerspace, a new technology startup that helps reduce inflammation in both body and mind to restore whole health and wellbeing.

As Chief Executive Officer of the Chopra Foundation, former Founder & CEO of Warrior Monk Global Inc., and the former CEO of Qyuki Digital Media, Machaiah has experienced a wide range of business responsibilities, from strategic planning to operations and management.
