Miguel Vela López is a highly experienced talent broker in the healthcare industry in Spain. With over 30 years of experience in the HR field, he has worked as a strategic HR consultant at both national and international levels, as well as serving as the HR Director of several companies. His education includes an Expert in Corporate Social Responsibility, a Law degree, and a Master's in Human Resources from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE. Currently, Miguel is the responsible for Selection and Talent Programmes at Talento-EPHOS, a business school focused on transforming knowledge management in the biomedical and pharmaceutical sectors.
