He currently serves as the Head of Upper School at Bosque School, a leading independent school in Albuquerque, New Mexico. With over 25 years of experience in education, Doug has served in a variety of roles, including as a teacher, academic dean, and school principal.

Doug's commitment to education is evident in his work at Bosque School, where he oversees the academic and extracurricular programs for students in grades 9-12.
