Brett Faulds is a Seattle native who grew up in a real estate family, allowing him to gain a wealth of knowledge about the industry from a young age. He has a BA in English Literature from Trinity College-Hartford. Before joining the team at Compass (formally NWG), Brett worked in the Short Sale/Foreclosure market as an investor, giving him an understanding of the difficulties and advantages of dealing with distressed properties. With his honesty, friendliness, and integrity, he has built a loyal client base that values his grounded and straightforward approach to every transaction. Brett now works as a full-time broker with Compass, serving clients ranging from first-time homebuyers to developers and distressed property investors.
