He has over 13 years of military service, which have instilled in him the ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster long-term relationships and achieve large-scale objectives under tight timelines and budgets. With an A-grade education from various prestigious universities, including Columbia University, University of Notre Dame, and Webster University, he has a diverse background in various fields, including executive coaching, marketing, entrepreneurship, and systems engineering.
Throughout his career, Michael has held various leadership positions, including Group President, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Chief Diversity Officer, among others, at Conduent, a top-tier business process outsourcing company. He has also served in the U.S. Military as a Platoon Leader, Battalion Assistant Operations Officer, and Regimental Headquarters Troop Commander, among others. In addition to his exceptional leadership roles, Michael has contributed as an SXSW advisory board member, Hogan Assessment Systems certified assessor, and Director of Diversity Recruitment and Enrollment at the United States Military Academy.
