Arlene Sacay

Arlene Sacay is a highly accomplished IT professional with over 20 years of experience in various industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and government, to name a few. Arlene's expertise lies in digital transformation, architecture modernization, and API management with a strong focus on mobile app and website development. She possesses a wealth of knowledge in enterprise and customer-facing applications, solution architecture, and IT capability building. Her experience also includes building and executing IT strategies, planning and budgeting, technical leadership, mentoring architecture and engineering teams, and championing IT standards and best practices. Notably, Arlene serves as Director of Architecture and Solution Delivery at Cebu Pacific Air, where she oversees the team's overall technical leadership.

Arlene obtained her Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She has held various executive positions, including Director of Digital Architecture, where she managed architecture and solution delivery at ABS-CBN Corporation. Prior to this role, she served as Solutions Architect for iWant TV and Technical Delivery Manager for Cloud Sherpas.
